The Details
Our Signature Santa Maria Barbecue is $18 Per Person (pricing considers a minimum 50 guests).
STAFFING CHARGE: $30. per hour per staff member with a 2 staff & 5 hour minimum.
Delivery, sales tax and gratuity are not included.
Our Staff
Our friendly staff will arrive at your location, set up the buffet and BBQ grill, then cook and finish preparing your food on-site. We’ll serve buffet-style for about an hour and a half, bussing tables as time allows, and clean up before we depart. If you’d like additional staff to tend bar and serve drinks, just let us know—we’re happy to provide that upon request.

We are a brick-and-mortar company located in Van Nuys, California since 1987. Our food is undeniably delicious. We serve the tri-county area of Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County for all events, including weddings, birthday parties, Quinceañeras, company picnics, grand openings, topping-off celebrations, safety BBQs, showers, baby naming parties, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs and even a bris now and then.
