🥒 Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip: A Healthy and Low-Calorie Snack 🥕
When you are mindful of what you eat, you are limited in the selection of foods, especially sauces and dips. Store-bought ranch does not taste good and has a long list of artificial ingredients that you will want to avoid. Luckily you can make your own sauces and dips at home very easily using this recipe.
This recipe is a cottage cheese-based ranch dip that can be modified to make a dressing. You can also substitute the ranch powder for onion dip mix to make a healthy onion dip. The sky is the limit for all the variations of this recipe.
I also have a homemade ketchup recipe with no added sugar that can be found as part of my meatloaf recipe.
This recipe makes a small amount and is best suited for a small smoothie or built style blender. If you are making a larger batch you can use a full size blender.
This dip stores well in an air tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
I also have an amazing blue cheese dip that goes great with steak as part of the Three ways to make the perfect Steak recipe.
