Author of the Protein Lifestyle series, including Living the Protein Lifestyle, The Protein Lifestyle Workbook, and the upcoming The Protein Lifestyle Cookbook (coming December 2024), Josh is passionate about educating individuals on improving their health by developing healthy habits. He advocates for strength training, real food, and mental health.
Josh's experience in the food service industry has given him extensive inside knowledge of food preparation and how to enhance nutritional value without sacrificing flavor. He is also knowledgeable and passionate about regenerative agriculture and its potential to address issues in food production, such as the decimation of topsoil and factory farming methods.
The Protein Lifestyle is based on what Josh calls the three pillars of health: Nutrition, Fitness, and Recovery (both mental and physical). His first book, Living the Protein Lifestyle, combines Josh’s personal story of taking responsibility for his health and finding lasting success. It includes the strategies and methods he used, along with practical tips for developing a lifestyle that leads to improved health and happiness.
The second book in the series, The Protein Lifestyle Workbook, is a step-by-step guide to developing the healthy habits needed to live the protein lifestyle. The workbook includes actionable steps to engage readers and start them on the path to better health.
Josh is currently in the final stages of recipe testing for the third installment in the series, The Protein Lifestyle Cookbook, where he will share delicious and nutritious recipes to help people elevate their health.
