After writing Living The Protein Lifestyle, I wanted to create a guide to help people implement the strategies I discussed so they could discover health success and develop a lifestyle of habits and patterns that lead to less disease and more fun!
That inspired me to create The Protein Lifestyle Workbook, the second book in the Protein Lifestyle series. It was a big learning curve, as a workbook is different in so many ways. I wanted it to be full of images that inspired the reader and graphs that helped convey the concepts. I also wanted it to be manageable, so I broke it up into six steps.
