Meet Your Holistic Lifestyle Strategist:

I'm Joshua D. Noland, author of the Protein Lifestyle Series and Irritable Bowel Syndrome Relief: Seven Key Strategies to Conquer IBS, and I'm on a mission to help people improve their quality of life by teaching them how to replace bad habits with good ones. I advocate for a holistic approach that includes whole foods, an active lifestyle, and a particular emphasis on mental wellness's significance to overall health.

I overcame IBS, food addiction, depression, and lost over eighty pounds by taking control of my health and developing the healthy habits needed to achieve lasting success. I've maintained my weight loss for many years despite undergoing knee surgery for a torn meniscus.
