I'm Joshua D. Noland, holistic lifestyle strategist, author, and the host of the Health Unfiltered podcast. I'm on a mission to help people improve their quality of life by teaching them how to replace bad habits with good ones and develop a holistic approach to health.
My approach includes whole foods, an active lifestyle, and a particular emphasis on mental wellness's significance to overall health. My specialty is teaching people how to prepare food that not only tastes good but is good for you and doesn't take all day.
I overcame IBS, food addiction, and depression and lost over eighty pounds by taking control of my health. I developed the healthy habits I needed to achieve lasting success and maintained my weight loss for many years despite countless setbacks, and I can help you do the same.
Outside of my writing, I'm an avid outdoorsman and a devoted dog father, continually inspired by nature and my loyal canine companions.
