I'm Joshua D. Noland, author of the Protein Lifestyle Series and Irritable Bowel Syndrome Relief.

I overcame IBS, food addiction, depression, and lost over eighty pounds by taking control of my health and developing the healthy habits needed to achieve lasting success. Despite many setbacks, I've maintained my weight loss for many years, and I want to help you do the same.

I'm on a mission to help people improve their quality of life by teaching them how to replace bad habits with good ones to promote optimal health. I advocate for a holistic approach that includes whole foods, an active lifestyle, and a particular emphasis on mental wellness's significance to overall health.

Outside of my work, I'm an avid outdoorsman and a devoted dog father, continually inspired by nature and my loyal canine companions.
