I'm on a mission to help people improve their quality of life by teaching them how to replace bad habits with good ones. I advocate for a holistic approach that includes whole foods, an active lifestyle, and a particular emphasis on mental wellness's significance to overall health.
I overcame IBS, food addiction, depression, and lost over eighty pounds by taking control of my health by developing the healthy habits needed to achieve lasting success. I've maintained my weight loss for many years despite undergoing knee surgery for a torn meniscus.
Outside of my writing, I'm an avid outdoorsman and a devoted dog father, continually inspired by nature and my loyal canine companions.
